Nothing is batched up and sent at the end of the month. A filing is read, matched and posted the day it is published, and you hear about it the same day.
The court
An estate is opened and the probate court orders a notice to creditors published. It names the decedent, the case and the personal representative.
Juralium
The notice is joined to the state parcel roll: owner of record, just value, homestead and absentee signals. A match we are not sure of is not delivered at all.
Your account
An email tells you there is something new, and the row is already waiting in your account — on screen, and in the CSV. No file to hunt for in an inbox.
Juralium does not publish their names, addresses or assessed values anywhere a search engine can reach. Not as a sample, not as a teaser, not aggregated small enough to point back at one household.
The public part of this service reports shape only: masked addresses, value bands rather than figures, and nothing at all for a month holding too few filings to hide anyone inside it.

The notices a probate court orders published when an estate is opened, and the case records behind them. They are public by statute, and they are what starts every row.
